These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the bd43 platform and its user ("you" or "user"). By using bd43's website, app, or any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

These terms are written in Bengali and apply to players in Bangladesh. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

• You are not an employee of bd43 or a close relative of one.

Accounts belonging to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and the balance in the account may be forfeited.

2.2 Accuracy of Account Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Opening an account with false or misleading information is a direct violation of the terms and may result in the account being closed.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any deposited funds and bonuses may be forfeited. Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts is considered a serious violation.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the bd43 support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

3.1 Deposit Terms

The following mobile banking methods are supported for depositing money on bd43:

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions must be met to submit a withdrawal request:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Account verification must be completed.
• Wagering requirements related to bonuses must be fulfilled.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.

Approved withdrawal funds will generally reach your mobile wallet within 10–45 minutes.

3.3 Transaction Security

bd43 secures all financial transactions through SSL encryption. If fraudulent activity is detected in our payment system, the relevant account will be suspended and legal action may be taken.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must place bets worth 20 times the bonus amount. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳20,000 (= ৳1,000 × 20) before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. The wager is calculated only on the bonus amount, not the deposit amount.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may have its own terms — read them carefully when you receive an offer.
• If bonus abuse is detected (e.g., multiple accounts, false information), the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• bd43 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• No-deposit bonuses that are not used within a specified period will expire.

4.4 VIP Program

bd43 has three VIP tiers for regular players — each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

Users can advance to higher tiers based on their gaming activity and consistency. Detailed terms for VIP benefits apply separately.

5.1 General Gaming Principles

All games and bets on bd43 are conducted fairly and transparently. We use technical solutions to ensure fair play. Abnormal results caused by any technical error or system failure will be considered void and bd43's decision will be final.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Placing bets using any software, bot, or automated method.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability or flaw in a game.
• Colluding with other users to predetermine any game or bet.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Attempting to collect bonuses through dishonest means.

5.3 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or a transaction, contact bd43 support within 30 days. bd43's investigation team will review the matter and take necessary action. bd43's decision is final and binding.

6.1 Protection of Minors

9.1 Service Availability

bd43 strives to provide uninterrupted service, however temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, server issues, or unforeseen circumstances. bd43 is not liable for any loss resulting from such downtime.

9.2 Betting Losses

Online betting and gaming carries financial risk. bd43 does not promise compensation for any losses a user incurs from betting. All players are encouraged to bet at their own risk and within their means.

9.3 Third-Party Services

10.1 Closure by bd43

bd43 may temporarily or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Serious violation of the terms and conditions.
• Providing false information or suspicion of fraud.
• Bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Being under 21 years of age.

10.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time through support. Before closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw the net balance in the account (excluding any bonus where wagering is incomplete).
